Apparently, heirloom vegetables that have been cultivated since the Edo period and are no longer found in supermarkets are becoming "endangered." I didn't know such a term existed. This project connects these disappearing vegetables with the people who grow them and the land they come from. The particle-based presentation might be a reflection of the vegetables' memories themselves.
