1. Street Talk in America ~Casual Conversation in the Creative Industry~
Creative production company,A podcast produced by Kome Inc., featuring casual, street-corner-style conversations with creators.Based on the theme of "a single kanji character," you can hear about the creators' stances, the behind-the-scenes aspects of their work, their work styles, and their values in a truly casual, "street-side chat" style.
The guests are diverse, ranging from web creators like Hirofumi Nakagawa from ANDMADE and Takumi Hasegawa from unshift, to prominent figures such as Kazuaki Kuribayashi from CHOCOLATE.Inc, Shinpei Takagi from NEWPEACE, and Yusuke Tominaga from Whatever. The theme of "a single kanji character" representing each guest is fresh, and it's an interesting program where the character seems to embody the essence of the guest.
2. normalize.fm
Created by h_doxas, the leading figure in WebGL.An interview-style podcast aimed at people working on the front lines of manufacturing.Launched in 2021, the series has released over 80 episodes to date. One of its charms is that it offers a glimpse into the struggles and dilemmas that occur in the creative field, stemming from h_doxas's straightforward questions, revealing aspects of creators that are not usually seen.
Due to its frequent updates, the guests are quite diverse, including creators such as Mr. Noda from UNIEL, Mr. Tanii from tote inc., and front-end engineer Tomoya Okada, as well as web staff member Tom Ishikawa, and even Kato from iDID/SHIFTBRAIN.
3. Nauts Radio

This podcast features members of the design collective Nauts, who sometimes invite guests to delve deeply into design and implementation. What's distinctive is the relaxed atmosphere in which the conversations unfold, reflecting the very same vibe as designers Hara and Nakagawa. This is a thought-provoking podcast that encourages listeners to consider various possibilities and processes rather than settling on a single correct answer.
In "Designer Interviews," where Nauts designers ask questions to designers they admire, we have conversations with Shunsuke Iseki, CEO of baqemono.inc., and Keita Kozaru, art director and designer at Studio Details Inc. Please enjoy both parts.
4. Spicato Radio
Osaka branding design office,Spickert started (!!) "Spickert Radio" in 2021.This program, which initially started with CEO Hosoo and Yasuda, who was in charge of public relations at Spicarto at the time, is now in its 4th season. Although it has now been taken over by designer Tanaka and copywriter Takeuchi, the content remains the same: they gently put their feelings into words based on their everyday experiences at the company. It's a handcrafted program that is uniquely Spicarto, accompanying the daily lives of busy creators and reminding us of the origins of craftsmanship.
Many episodes feature discussions about things they enjoy, such as "favorite picture books" and "local information magazines," making it a fun and engaging listening experience. Ms. Hosoo also makes an appearance in the "Letters from the Workplace" segment.
5. Stance Radio – stans
Stans, a creative agency based in Fukuoka, nurtured the project for a year before finally launching "Stans Radio" in 2025.This podcast is an introductory series about our company, covering topics such as the background of our client work, our company history, and recent events.
The podcast offers "episodes you can only hear here," such as behind-the-scenes stories of website creation, company events, and member interviews, all told through the insights and perspectives of each member. There are also sessions featuring all members, and Stance's podcast as a whole is very engaging. This truly embodies the idea that "good craftsmanship is born from a good atmosphere."This is a show that makes you want to create things with your friends.
6. 5ive's B-side radio
Fukuoka-based production company, 5ive Inc.,A self-introduction podcast that delivers the "B-side" of the company. The show delves into the daily routines and insights of the company through conversations among the members, but its greatest appeal lies in the "talk themes" unique to creators working in an organization. From communication and division of roles to future careers as a corporate creator, it's a program that offers a glimpse into the realities of organizations and creativity.
From episodes on "Communication Methods" and "Work-Life Balance" to "CASE STUDY New Year's Party" and "Recruiting Creative People," this laid-back and fun program delivers the latest events while they're still fresh in your mind!
7. Egon, you too?
A unique presence in the web world,This is a listener-participation podcast hosted by Egon, an independent internet creative individual.Based on the concept of "I'll solve your problems, but I also want you to listen to mine," this is a new kind of problem-solving radio show where listeners answer each other's questions and concerns. The topics covered are wide-ranging, and before you know it, you're moving back and forth between micro and macro perspectives. Despite this back-and-forth in thinking, it's a show that is both funny and serious.
From industry newcomers to experienced designers' concerns, and even some unique questions that anyone involved in creative work might have, such as "burnout" and "is it okay to continue using voiced consonants?", every episode is sure to become addictive.
8. A Little Bit of Design Radio
This is a casual podcast where Goodpatch designers talk about everyday topics from a design perspective.Goodpatch brings together designers with diverse expertise in areas such as systems, UI/UX, and concept design, and their cross-talk significantly elevates the resolution of your design understanding. It's a program you can listen to "a little bit" while working, and before you know it, your design perspective will broaden. It's recommended for anyone who wants to get a feel for the atmosphere at Goodpatch, or for anyone who wants to discuss design while working diligently.
You can enjoy sessions that broaden your experiences and perspectives, such as a session where you talk with the organizing members about the behind-the-scenes aspects of "Sparkle Design," a technical design theme such as "A look at the PokePoke UI," and sessions that explore concepts and physicality.
9. Attalk / Ah! Talk
"Attalk / Ah! Talk" isA podcast where two creators who love making things discuss websites that catch their eye.Since both of them are active in the web world, the guests were also impressive, including Fujiwara from MEFILAS, Arisaka on accordion, and Yoshinaga from ADRIATIC. In Yoshinaga's episode, he talked about the song he produced with Shhh.Circular funeral RETURN TO NATUREThe website for "[Title of the website]" is also discussed. It's valuable to hear episodes that aren't usually made public, such as how they collaborated with Shhh. It gives the impression that the show is created together with the guests, and it's a fun podcast with a nice, relaxed feel.
10. THINK ROOM / Podcasting by Subaru Matsukura
Lastly, this one. Like Goodpatch, it doesn't quite fit into the "web" category, but I'll introduce it anyway. It's the podcast "THINK ROOM" by Matsukura, the representative of Nue.This is a "voice diary" in which Ms. Matsukura ponders alone in her studio. This program, which started in 2019 under the name "Kimagure Radio," ended in May 2024 with its 200th episode, but it seems to have recently started being updated again little by little. You can sense the essence of Matsukura's unique way of thinking in the nuances of his monologue-like words. It's impressive how often he answers listener questions. What has influenced Matsukura? You're curious, aren't you? (See below). It's a podcast with an atmosphere that makes you feel like you're quietly listening to Matsukura's voice while sipping a drink in the corner of a bar counter.
📣 We've launched a talk-style podcast called "iDID Radio"!
iDID has also started a podcast. It's called "iDID Radio".This talk-style podcast delves into interesting topics in the digital creative industry in a relaxed, yet sometimes incisive, manner. The hosts are Takuma Kato of Shiftbrain and Tatsuhiko Matsumoto of Wavdesign.
The first topics are "Nobuyuki Sakuma's Official Website & Goodpatch Recruitment Site," "The Rise of AI," and "CASE STUDY New Year's Party 2026."What sets them apart is that they possess not only a focus on the output of websites and design, but also a broader perspective as producers and business managers.
Because these two have long experience in the industry and deep connections with production companies, you can expect some real, behind-the-scenes talk about the industry. We plan to continue delivering fresh topics regularly, once or twice a month. If you're interested, please give it a listen!
That's all!
After listening to each of these podcasts, I realized that the real charm of podcasts is that you can listen to them while doing other things, not just as a standalone listening experience. In that sense, I think the "content" and "tone" of each episode, which allow you to enjoy any part of it, are important. Podcasts are fun!
Try listening while doing other things, or take a break from your work, and let yourself surrender to the information coming from your ears.
