Hello, this is the iDID Media editorial team. February has arrived, and we're starting to feel a hint of spring in the air. How are you all doing? Now, as usual, we've updated our website roundup article. We have selected 10 websites that were launched in January 2026.All of these sites are fresh and evoke the feeling of the new year, 2026. Let's take a look at this month's hottest sites while feeling the breath of spring. Here we go!

1. gaaboo Inc.

The company's vision of creating a "WOW" culture is evident throughout the website.

This site, with its pop and striking illustrations by FV, has such a fresh concept! The gaaboo logo transforms midway through the presentation into the company's value statement, "go above and beyond × ♾️," and the idea of using the logo as a "place to explain the value" is truly innovative. In the Topics section, characters appear one after another each time you hover over an image, and an airplane flies by when you click the contact button. The colorful and swaying heading text is also very fun. The company's goal of creating a "WOW" culture is evident throughout the site. This site also served as a reminder that even a small gimmick can make a website vibrant and enjoyable.

2. SHOYA KAJITA

An amazing website that can be operated with hand gestures or touch controls.

This is the portfolio site of web developer Shoya Kajita. This is an interactive, experiential portfolio site that allows users to navigate the site using "hand gestures" or "pointer/touch gestures."With Hand: On enabled and camera access permitted, you can use your fingers to click and scroll even when you're away from the monitor. It's like magic. "We tried to see how we could express this as one of the next-generation UXs," they said, and this portfolio focuses on "experience" rather than "information" through real-time presentation.

3. Fumino

The website has a cute, personal, and analog feel, symbolized by its jacket design.

This is the official website of Fumino, an artist from "NO LABEL ARTISTS," which is run by Chanmina. The site is based on purple, which is Fumino's favorite color, and is symbolized by the jacket of her debut single "favorite song."The site has a personal feel, an indie vibe, an analog feel, and is full of cuteness and a handmade touch. The logo is dancing in the footer! It seems like the FV music video area might change every time a new one is released. This site has been getting a lot of "cute" comments everywhere since it launched! I'm looking forward to future updates.

Production: tote inc.

4. MILEZ

The logo rushes from left to right, embodying MILEZ.

"MILEZ" is a project aimed at "inheriting Japanese traditions, culture, and technology." I imagine the logo is a combination of the old form of the character for "san" (参) "參" and "ズ" to spell out MILEZ.The way this logo rushes from left to right (meaning "I'm coming!") is adorable, and its walking motion further embodies the logo's essence. The way the project is visualized, with dots connecting to form lines, is quite stylish. The way the content is structured along vertical and horizontal axes suggests it might be reminiscent of weaving. The quietly emanating "sounds of creation" also leave a lasting impression; it's a site with both dignity and understated elegance.

5. Paw inc.

A website where you can experience carving your own path with drugs.

Paw inc.'s corporate website is based on the mission of "Adding excitement to today's life." "Excitement" is the key word.On the site, you can even experience drawing colorful lines freely in all directions by dragging.Apparently, Paw is derived from the first letters of the words "Palette" and "Way," so it truly allows you to experience "drawing your own path with a palette." It's also interesting that you can download wallpapers made from the pictures you draw yourself. I felt that the fact that you don't know where to find what information is an expression of the idea that "there isn't just one path, but one that can be found anywhere."

6. Matsuo Construction Co., Ltd.

A website that brilliantly incorporates the logo's colors into its visuals.

FV is beautiful. Matsuo Construction has a graphical logo composed of four colors,The logo in this header is white. And surprisingly, those "four colors" flow into the main visual.Furthermore, it creates a beautiful gradient while remaining vivid. It's an expression that effectively conveys the concept of the logo.

This is also evident on their recruitment page, where four vivid colors are separated, each illuminating the profile of a staff member. It seemed to me that the "vivid colors of the company" and the "dignified presence of the people who work there" are inextricably linked. SHIFTBRAIN and Nakano-san have teamed up.

7. Soil and Wind

The abstract nature of the words "earth" and "wind" is conveyed through "images."

This is the corporate website of Tsuchi to Kaze, a company that handles urban development projects and utilizes the nature, culture, and lifestyle inherent in local communities—"local cultural capital." The way it connects two photos with the Japanese character "to" and then switches between them in the first visual is excellent. The words "earth" and "wind" can sometimes be too broad in scale to easily visualize, but these two photographs significantly increase the resolution of that imagery. This website successfully uses "images" to convey abstract impressions about words.

8. Kuroneko Yamato's 50th Anniversary Website

I'm kind of bothered by the footer on this site...

This website commemorates the 50th anniversary of the birth of the Takkyubin (delivery service), and it introduces the 50-year history of Takkyubin with a sense of gratitude. It teaches the history with animations of delivery trucks, and a key point is that the content is properly archived and easy to view. It's interesting that different illustrators were used for each era.

But this site offers more than just that.Is there anything in the footer that catches your eye? Please be sure to take a look at the footer as well.

9. Seiya Nakagawa Portfolio

A site born from the conflict between usability and freedom.

This is the portfolio site of UX/CMS Developer Makise (Nakagawa). The theme is "Who cares about usability?"The site was born from the internal conflict and struggle between the idea that "usability and animation are unnecessary" and "the joy of independent production," and the concept itself is already interesting.Looking at the WORKS section, I see several websites I recognize, which makes the fact that they created a site that's the complete opposite all the more interesting.

However, I think that websites that focus on the enjoyment of independent production like this are more likely to lead to "new discoveries."For example, if something is too well-organized and easy to understand, it can be hard to get into. You don't necessarily want to see all the information; it's fine to just pick and choose the content you're interested in. This, too, might be a discovery that arises precisely because of a mindset of "it's okay if it's a little difficult to understand."

Makino-san has written about the behind-the-scenes story of the production on Note, so please check that out as well.

10. Toyama BPO Town

A recruitment website that completely revamped the image of an operator.

First of all, the profile illustration of the First Viewer (FV) is striking, but more than that, it's immediately clear that it's a job related to operators. And amidst all the other text information, the tagline "By the power of people, and to the power of people" is clearly included. It's a very appealing FV.

And I had the impression that operators had a tough job dealing with customers,Through card game-style content, concept videos, and interviews, the program aims to transform the perception of the operator's job from a "difficult job" to a "meaningful job."Actually, it's a pretty strategic recruitment website.

That's all!

How did you like our roundup of interesting websites for February 2026?
This month, all the websites were interesting again!

The ideas and concepts were innovative and gave me a fresh perspective."gaaboo inc."An incredible, interactive portfolio where you can control the site with your hands."SHOYA KAJITA"Four colors flow into the music video.Matsuo Construction CompanyThe design increased the resolution of abstract words."Earth and Wind"It was born from the conflict between usability and freedom."Seiya Nakagawa Portfolio"A recruitment site that redefines the values associated with the operator profession."Toyama BPO Town"That left a strong impression on me.

Thank you for reading to the end.
Next time, we'll be summarizing the February website. I'm hoping that by then, warmer spring weather will have arrived, so I'll stop typing and get away from my PC. Until then!
